The Affordable Properties
12 plots are the 'Affordable properties' and these are known by their original plot numbers on the original plan for the development. These numbers are different from the current house numbers. This is important because these properties have a different purchase contract from the other properties. All properties are Covenanted to the Management Company and therefore pay the annual Management Charge. The "Affordable properties" are plot numbers 21 to 32, which equate to property numbers:-
